मैं आपसे पूछना चाहता हूँ…….

By B.S Vohra, New Delhi, June 20: आप सभी जानते है की हमारे देश का हर व्यक्तिटॅक्स पे करता है. अब चाहे वो 10 रुपये का साबुन खरीदे या कुछ और, टॅक्स तो उसमे लगा ही होता है.अब ये बात दूसरी है की वो टॅक्स, सरकारी खजाने तक पहुँचे या नही. आप खुद ही देखिए, गाड़ी, स्कूटर ख़रीदो तो सेल्स टॅक्स और एक्साइज, गाड़ी की इन्षुरेन्स करवाओ तो सर्विस टॅक्स, गाड़ी सड़क पे लाने से पहले रोड टॅक्स,  गाड़ी सड़क पे ले जाओ तो टोल टॅक्स, गाड़ी मे पेट्रोल या डीजल डलवाओ तो फिर से टॅक्स, और उस स्कूटर या गाड़ी को खरीदने के लिए जो पैसा आप एकत्र करते हो, उस परइनकम टॅक्स और अपने पैसे से इतने सारे टॅक्स देकर खरीदी गई गाड़ी को अपने घर के आगे खड़ी करोतो पार्किंग चार्जस.

बिमारी मे अपना इलाज करवाने के लिए मेडिकलेंम करवाओ तो सर्विस टॅक्स, थक हार के सिनेमा देखने चले जाओ तो एंटरटेनमेंट टॅक्स. पानी पे टॅक्स, बिजली पे टॅक्स,प्रोफेशनल टॅक्स, और जाने क्या क्या. घर है तो हाउस टॅक्स की रिटर्न भी भरो. घर खरीद या बेच रहेहो तो रजिस्ट्री चार्जस पे करो. होटेल जाओ तो सर्विस टॅक्स, अछे होटेल मे जाओ तो लग्जरी टॅक्स.

अगर उस पर भी सरकार का पेट ना भरे तो लगी लगाई दुकानो पे न्या टॅक्स थोप दो कंवर्जन चार्जस के नाम पे. लोग देने मे आनाकानी करे तो सीलिंग का ऑर्डर दे दो. टॅक्स भरने मे देर हो गई तो इंटेरेस्ट और पेनाल्टी भी लगा दो. साथ ही एक नई कमेटी भी गठित कर दो, जो की दुनिया का दौरा करे और देखे की अब कौन सा नया टॅक्स जनता पे लगाया जा सकता है.

अगर आप कुछ नही कमाते तो सरकार आपको पूछती भी नही कि आपने रोटी भी खाई है या नही और अगर आप अपनी अकल से, अपनी मेहनत से, कुछ कमा लेते हो तो आपको देने वाले टॅक्स की फहरिस्त पकड़ा दी जाती है. अब आपके दिए हुए टॅक्स को सरकार कैसे खरच करती है, कितना पैसा जनता तक पहुँचता है, कितने घपले होते है, कितनो पे केस चलते है और कितने जेल मे जाते है, यह भी सब को पता है.

इस सबके बावजूद हम लोग किसी कोल्हू के बैल की तरह हर बार या तो बिना सोचे समझे वोट दे आते है या फिर गुस्सा दर्शाते हुए वोट डालने जाते ही नही.और इसका नतीजा, हमारे ज़्यादातर नेता चुनाव से पहले जो भी वादे करते है, चुनाव के बाद ठीक उसका उल्टा.

मैं आपसे पूछना चाहता हूँ कि इतने सारे टॅक्स देनेके बाद भी, सरकारी खजाना, घाटे मे ही क्यों रहता है? क्यों हमारी दिल्ली दुनिया की सबसे पोल्यूटेड सिटी बन जाती है ? क्यों हमारी दिल्ली को रेप कॅपिटल का टॅग मिल जाता है ? क्यों हमे घंटो तक ट्रॅफिक जाम मे फसना पड़ता है ? क्यों सरकारीअस्पतालों मे जानवरो से भी बदतर ट्रीटमेंट मिलता है ? क्यों हमे पीने का सॉफ पानी भी नसीब नही होता ? क्यों बिजली का टॅरिफ बेतरतीब बदाया जाताहै ? क्यों 60% सीवर चार्ज देने के बाद भी,बरसातो मे गंदा पानी हमारे घरों मे घुस जाता है? क्यों गुमशुदा बचो का कुछ भी पता नही चलता? क्यों नर्सरी अड्मिशन के लिए भी हमे एडी चोटी का ज़ोर लगाना  पड़ता है ? क्यों सरकारी स्कूल अछी शिक्षा देने मे असमर्थ है ? क्यों प्राइवेट स्कूलों को लूटने की छूट मिलती है ? क्यों हमारे नेता चुनाव से पहले तो सबके पाँव पड़ते है और साहब बनते ही क्यों जनता की पहुँच से दूर हो जाते है ?

OYO rooms, the budget rooms at the best locations !

Whenever we have to move out of our home for some business purpose or for vacation with family, the only problem we face is the availability of a quality room at a reasonable price. Moreover, the mobile network is generally not available, making our smartphone, of no use.

I remember the situation when we were on the trip of Manikaran Sahib, Kullu, Manali & Rohtang. We reached Manali by car at around 8 pm and it was already very dark. Most of the hotels had exhibited the sign boards stating no rooms available or if available, they were asking for double  the tariff. We faced the same situation at Madgaon and at many other places.

Therefore, when I heard about the OYO rooms, I was very much excited as OYO was offering quality rooms with breakfast & wi-fi at very reasonable price. Have you heard about the OYO rooms which is said to be the largest branded network of hotels in India and that too with budget rooms starting at just Rs 999 /- with free wi-fi and breakfast.

They have the availability of OYO rooms in Goa, Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida, Jaipur, Manesar, Tirupati, Ghaziabad, Neemrana, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Pune, Varanasi & Ahmedabad.

We can book a room very easily from their website. Moreover, if we want the lightning fast booking, anywhere, any time, we can download the OYO App from App Store as well Google Play.  

Being a Delhiite, I decided to explore the so called OYO rooms at Rs 999/- in our city. I just checked their website and was surprised to find that OYO rooms were available in various parts of the city, that included :  Paharganj, Karol Bagh, Greater Kailash, New Delhi Railway Station, Green Park, Indira Gandhi Airport, New Friends Colony, Kalkaji, Lajpat Nagar, Nehru Place, Connaught Place, Saket with the options of Standard, Premium and women exclusive.

It seemed quite interesting as many of these were the prime locations and a budget room at just Rs 999 with free breakfast & Wi-fi was impossible. Therefore, I continued my search on their website.

I spent substantial time on their website and clicked almost all of the above locations for a Standard room, and truly, OYO rooms were available at many locations at Rs 799/- and 999/- though the range included higher prices also i.e. 1099/-, 1299/-, 1399/-, 1699/-, 1999/- and more. 

So one thing is sure and certain, that a budget OYO room  is really available at various locations at the best prices and therefore, now onwards, i will opt only the OYO rooms. If you still have any doubt, please feel free to check yourself. Just log on to their website & try an OYO room at your preferred location & don't be shocked, when you really get an OYO room booking at the budget price, at the click of your mouse.
